The product is a great idea. The trick is installing it properly so that the extended cup holder is properly supported. If you place a large/tall beverage in the extended cup holder, if the product is not installed properly, it will start to lean toward the passenger.The concept of having an extra cup holder for your food or drink is fantastic but, your 32oz (or bigger) hydroflask is not going to be secure in this one as they imply when they say it will hold a 40oz hydroflask. If like other cup holders they could make the bottom piece fit your hydroflask this would be a fantastic product.Husband and I used on trip to New Mexico and the bottom pieces fit both my cup holders perfectly. When I tried to put 40oz hydroflask in the bottom cup holder it did not fit. It has the adjustable top piece so I maneuvered the top pieces to the side so we would have a total 4 spaces. The problem we noticed was immediately after leaving our house. The top piece was not strong enough to hold a full 40oz hydroflask and when you stop and go, hit a bump in the road, turn a corner, you better be ready to hold that thing in place. It will tip or bounce right out. If you are just using to hold beverage and food while sitting in a location…IT’s PERFECT. I would not even be comfortable putting a yeti size coffee cup in the upper portion while driving!It does work especially the expanding cupnholder, the only issue is the smaller cup hold only holds a small cup...say a talk Starbucks cup. I was hoping for this cup holder to hold 2 large size cups ...that would have been perfect. Also..i wouldn't try to hold a bolw of cereal..too flimzyI had really high hopes for this gadget since my 40oz Yukon Tumbler barely fits in my cup holders. However, despite the bottom section being epic in the fact you can adjust it to fit snuggly in the cup holder, all of that goes out the window when my Tumbler is in the extended piece. The rotating joint is definitely too flimsy to properly hold my tumbler. After being cut off in traffic a couple times and thus almost losing my drink, I bought a different kind (just a basic cylinder extender and not optional-off-set) and gave this one to the boyfriend. I had high hopes for the off-setting option but alas! It's going to have to be made a lot stronger for me to buy again.This is great for multiple water bottles or larger ones. The base fits nicely in my Nissan rogues cup holder, the bottom part fits a typical sized plastic water bottle. The top part easily expands to fit large hydro flask but does tilt with the weight if the water bottle is all the way fullPurchased this mostly so smaller drinks like redbull cans will stop falling over in my F150s oversized cup holders, plus it's nice to have the additional adjustable cup holder for larger drinks. Build quality is a bit flimsy at the rotating joint for the pivoting adjustable holder, I think it'll last a while as long as you don't try to put anything too heavy in it.This product is very easy to install. However, when I use the swing out section and put in my drink bottle, it tilts to an angle that can cause a spill/hit the passenger's leg. Completely understandable due to weight and gravity, but the packaging should have a weight limit on it. If I hadn't already thrown away the box, I would have returned it.When travel with my husband, I would have to hold my drink because his vape is in my cup holder. Not anymore! I’m thinking about getting another one. One for his vape and drink. And one for my drink and eyewear.
